| Striper Fishing |
Striper fishing can be good year round, but the best months are April through June, and October through December. I prefer live bait fishing although trolling with downriggers or planers can be deadly at times. This area has some great waters for catching big fish. This is my preferred fish and I keep up with where the fish are biting. If you would like to book a trip and catch some of the hardest fighting fish in freshwater give me a call to set up your trip.
Lakes I Fish: Rhodhiss, Lake Hickory, Lake Murray, Lake Norman, Strom Thurmond, Buggs Island. |

| Catfish Fishing |
Catfish are truly a year round fishing adventure. Most of the time they are easy to catch and are great table fare. The waters in this area support Blues, Flatheads, and Channel catfish. Fishing for cats is fun and relaxing and cat fishing is a great way to introduce a youngster or novice angler to the world of fishing.
Lakes I Fish: Lake Wylie, Lake Norman, High Rock, and Santee Cooper |
